FC Schalke 04 has announced its roster for the upcoming League of Legends Challenger Series split.
Oskar “VandeR” Bogdan, Jean-Victor “loulex” Burgevin, Marcin “Selfie” Wolski, Lennard “SmittyJ” Warkus and Elias “Upset” Lipp make up the new roster.
“I think I am still one of the best supports in EU when it comes to individual skill, plus last worlds gave me a lot of experience and ideas on how to play the game,” said VandeR. “I'm looking forward to sharing these information with my teammates and am very happy to join Schalke!”
Former H2k chief analyst Michael “Veteran” Archer has been added as the team’s coach and David Espinar “Nodriza” Griñó will be the team’s chief analyst.
The team will be playing in the stacked EU Challenger Series, where they will be trying to make it back to the LCS for the Summer Split. Schalke will have to beat out the likes of PSG and Fnatic Academy to do so.
