Anaheim in California will once again be host to Blizzcon, which this year will take place in November.
The Blizzard gathering will off on November 6th, with the first batch of tickets going on sale on April 15th - priced at a pretty hefty $199. Virtual tickets will be available for those who prefer to watch remotely.
Also scheduled for Blizzcon are the global finals for both the Hearthstone World Championship and the StarCraft II World Championship.
On November 5th Blizzard will host a charity dinner in aid of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, giving attendees the chance “to eat, drink, and be merry alongside Blizzard developers, artists, and community representatives while supporting a great cause”.
Last year Blizzard used the event to announce Overwatch, so hopes are high that Blizzon 2015 will also be used as a platform to launch something new.
“There’s no better way to connect with the ever-expanding Blizzard community than by bringing everyone together at BlizzCon,” CEO Mike Morhaime said. “With more games in development than ever before, we’ll have plenty of exciting updates to share and lots of great eSports competition to look forward to-we can’t wait to see everyone there.”
